Curtain of Light

Another daytrip in the near environment of Chania that took us up into the hills via  winding and climbing mountainous road with all the way along fabulous panoramas onto the mountains,  like this one.... and also onto the shoreline and sea / Pelagos (not shown here)

We sat a taverna and enjoyed this panorama and ever changing lightfall upon the slopes and White Mountains / Ta Levka Ori ~  that roll over Crete like its backbone.... those over 2000 meters high mountains are still covered in the clouds here in this pica
