Is there a full moon?

It's been horrendously busy in our unit currently and there's always a bit of a joke in our line of work.  When it's really busy, and the 'place is going like at fair ground' or 'there's no room at the Inn', some one usually pipes up 'is there a full moon?' 
Well the next one is this Thursday evening, surely it can't get any busier??
