Wide Angle Wednesday . . . R is for Richmond

Richmond is the area I live in.  This section of Queen St outside the library has recently reopened to the public after having the underground services upgraded.  There is no kerb or gutter now.  It is a flat service from one side to the other.  The footpaths have been made wider and there are these new seats and plants installed.  The seats have little pieces of metal sticking out to deter the skateboarders.  It all looks very smart even if the plants are a little boring in my opinion.  The fence further up the street marks where the next section is being worked on.
