Beşiktaş

Yesterday I was misinformed. It is not Autumn.  We were being teased. I know this because, after days of jolly cold weather,  today was sunny and far too warm for the layers of clothing I had erroneously deemed necessary. Hey ho.

After school meeting in Beşiktaş for the District's Music Department Heads - at least it gave me a new view, as the meeting was in a school right next to the pedestrian bridge that crosses Barbarossa Boulevard, the main drag down to the water front of the glorious Bosphorus.  Actually the meeting was fine. Only lasted 45 minutes. 

Home, in rush hour, via a grocery run and ticket purchase for the live streamed performance from the Met on 14th October of Mozart's Magic Flute. Yay.
