Newcastle

I have been to Newcastle so many times for work. But for various reasons I've never had the chance to wander about further than our office. 

Our course finished sharp tonight, and I had a sore head. So took a long wander down to the river and through the town. 

The only bit of Newcastle I had ever been in was flat, so I sort of assumed the whole city was. Turns out there are big hills that have wonderful cobbled streets and old buildings, and a castle. 

I do love a bridge and a river though, so this is my blip. Everytime I visit I say I must come back socially...I must do this!!
