Ube r

I bought Ube flour in Bali and I’m working on Ube Chiffon Cake but I still can’t get the colour right- the dark purple baked to a slightly mauveish grey. More pink tones next time. The natural Ube colour is the lighter one, but it tends to bake beige-ish. :/
