Wednesday: Yosemite

It was quite the experience waking up in Yosemite, having arrived in the dark. After familiarising ourselves with our Lodge (which included half an hour looking for the car - as we had seemingly just abandoned it in the middle of a track last night), we took a drive into the National Park.

We went on a six mile hike (19,123 steps.....) to the Wapama Falls, which we loved. It was so scenic, with every view being different. The terrain was uneven enough to be interesting but solid enough to be safe.

From there (that was really enough!) back to the hot tub at the lodge, and then dinner.

Unfortunately, there is a little spotiness on the camera that I can't correct on the iPad..........also, expect similar photos tomorrow
