Menorca Day 9: Barranc d'Algendar
Back blip
I've put off uploading these because it was a complicated holiday: photogenic (so it looks like a lovely time was had) but not v. happy.
We went to the Barranc d'Algendar (gorge) to see the Egyptian vultures. We also saw a booted eagle, and kestrels (mobbing the booted eagle...), as well as very many dragonflies and damselflies which all combined to create a rather prehistoric feeling in the damp depths of the gulley.
I've uploaded my pictures to Flickr: Menorca 2017, Sunrises and Storms, and Wildlife.
This day's images are here (right from here).
