Double trouble

Waiting for me on my return were packages for the Shoreditch 10K next Saturday and the Great South Run in Portsmouth on 22nd October. having not run at all for 10 day, Shoreditch is a bit of a worry and there's also not much time to get up to speed for a ten mile run by the seaside. I guess both events will need to be taken at a gentle plod. The idea of a running top with the race number on is new - and I'm not sure whether it's a good one. My top looks slightly big, but better that than too small.
