M had to go to Oban so I ended up taking Jess on 3 short walks, including of course Aros.  Seem to have some coldy bug and not much energy so decided to take my old 30d camera which is lighter.  The results aren't so good but it has been a handy workhorse for many years.  Fell asleep on the sofa in the afternoon which doesn't happen often.  This is a back blip and feeling better today.
