Built on faith

A few hours this morning knocked one document into shape and then it was time to head into Embra and talk Whisky, Victorian building techniques and tweed. All fascinating stuff. The Borders isn’t currently a recognised whisky production region, it comes under the Lowlands but, once the third Distillery opens down there that will help.

Got home mid-afternoon, the sun was shining, you know the rest. I decided to take the new bike up for its first run at Redstone Rig. I was pleased I specified the age appropriate Chainset and 11 speed cassette . Less pleased with the brutal headwind but then you can’t have it all.

Pasta for dinner. Ruby is at a gig tonight so will let herself in around midnight and then will want running to the train station early doors tomorrow so it’s just a flying visit this time, hardly any time at all to discuss why Hugh Grant has been barred from the student union.
