Eenie, meenie, miney...
...Oh, heck, I'll go with Moe! Moe, the Green Frog, that is.
I had a nice walk around a fish hatchery/park that usually yields lots of interesting things. Today, it was all about the Green Frogs who were busy screaming and leaping into the water with every step I took. Honestly, it was a little over the top, what with all the screaming. This big old bruiser though...no screaming for him. Nope, he just engaged in a stare-down with my lens. King of the Muck - Moe.
Stopped in for a visit with MIL which was, as always, enjoyable and entertaining. She's still on a one-woman man-hunt. And, she'd prefer a young one. Don't ask.
Three monarchs emerged today. Released for a fellow blipper's father, who passed away at the very young age of 54; for the patient of a nurse-friend who passed away yesterday; and for a young woman who slipped quietly away this morning after having life support discontinued. I have six more butterflies left now. One is promised; five are still available to fly for someone you love who is gone.
Hubs has what appears to be a Man-cold. Being a woman, I can't even really come close to comprehending the severity of a Man-cold - no woman can. Sigh. Meanwhile, my besties are headed this way for a weekend of fun - can't wait!
Later, people.
