Afterimage

Gwnes i dreulio awr yn yr arddangosfa ffotograffiaeth David Hurn yn yr Amgueddfa.  Mae'r stori David Hurn yn ddiddorol.  Maw e wedi creu casgliad ffotograff trwy gyfnewid ffotograffau gyda ffotograffwyr eraill. Felly mae ei arddangosfa am y rhinweddau ei fod e wedi gweld yn y gwaith eraill. Ffeindiais i'r arddangosfa yn  ysbrydoledig iawn.  Roedd profiad o wybod bod ffotograff yn dda, ond dim syniad pam. Pan wnes i ymddangos i mewn yr heulwen ddisglair roedd popeth fel llun.  Mae'r synnwyr o'r profiad wedi aros gyda fi, fel agor fy llygaid eto.

I spent an hour at the David Hurn photography exhibition at the Museum. The story of David Hurn is interesting. He has created a photograph collection by swapping photographs with other photographers. So his exhibition is about the qualities he has seen in the work of others.. I found the exhibition very inspirational. There was the experience of knowing that a photograph was good, but no idea why. When I emerged into the bright sunshine everything was like a picture. The sense of the experience has stayed with me, like opening my eyes again.
