Apples

Started pressing some apples for my craft cider home start-up venture but had to rope FFJunior in to help with the donkey work.  After several hours of toil I have nearly a litre of apple juice.  Still plenty of apples left on the trees, so not giving up yet.  Think we might need to nail the press onto a plank or something to keep it steady.  Price per pint now around £40...
