My first pink picture of the month!

What an occasion. A live demonstration by the master chef himself Antonio Carluccio. Not only did he prepare and cook an incredible "Pasta Al Funghi" we all got to sample the finished product and it was so worth waiting for!

Just had to purchase his pasta book and have it signed personally by him......now eat your hearts out as I try out the recipes on my resident 'guinea pigs' starting with a possible Cart Drivers Spaghetti......a combination of porcini and tuna!! Yum.

These are pasta strips cleverly arranged and incorporating the necessary pink variety which makes this blip my first of October blip post!
