After the winds of the last few days nice to wake up to calmer weather and blue skies.    We went down to Dunbar and A did her fitness class on the beach while I went for a run.   Potter around Dunbar and a trip down to North Berwick and a spot of gardening in the afternoon.   

These leaves seemed to make for nice autumnial colors.
