The man flu continues.....

After work I had a wander to Ben Rhydding to see my favourite horses, but they were in a different field so they couldn't come over and say hello. I took a few quick snaps of them from a distance and then had a walk to the supermarket. There was lots beef being sold off at half price so I'm currently making a catering sized ammount of chilli ( plenty for the freezer ) and will have some for my tea tonight. I also bought the ingredients I needed to make Mrs B's Gulha recipe which I'll make tomorrow.

I'm now at the chesty coughing stage of the man flu, so for today's blip I am feeling a .....
