The Soiling of the Pants!

Obviously  a ritual from rural Argyll! I've seen a few strange things hanging on fences in my time, but this must be the strangest! And that's just my friend Tim!

Soiling your pants and then planting flowers in them must be one of the more original ways of gardening. What a turn-up for the books! Quite a belt-er, in fact! Ideal decoration for one's country seat! Zip a Dee Doo Dah!
