Changing colours at Garfiun

Weather changes a predicted. Yesterday was t-shirt weather and this morning we were greeted with 5° and white mountain tops. Cleared up in the morning so that we ventured out for a 3 hours walk from Kloster to Alp Garfiun (Rösti of course) and back. Sun on the way there when walking higher up through the woods. Snow showers on the way back. It was completely white when we arrived back home at 5pm. Working on the private project until 8pm.

Mushroom day today. Fungi porcini and chanterelle on salad as a primi piatti followed by some wild caught salmon, with Spanish onions, small tasty tomatoes and French rosé.
