A message

I realised late tonight I hadn't taken a photo, so this is a snap of my bangle which I never usually take off.
The full inscription says; lift your eyes to the horizon and run with the wind beneath your wings.

It's a tribute to me as a runner and my grandfathers favourite song. My grandfather was my hero, and is still much missed every day even 9 years on.
