Long Tom Grange Ride

Perfect weather for the group ride to Long Tom Grange near Junction City this morning.
We rode along some excellent roads, that were new to me, immersed in very rich and varied scenery.
I made a new acquaintance of a fellow riding a pristine 1985 Mercian bicycle; a bicycle brand of which I'd not known. (extra photo).
I learned all about this exquisite, handmade in England, bicycle straight from the fellow who has been riding it for the last 32 years.
I must say it was a mighty fine ride in which I felt very fortunate to find myself happily pedaling along.
