Confused

In amongst all the ‘to do’ over Samantha and Joshua departing we often overlook Gussie who at times still seems bewildered over their absence.
Both the children enjoyed playing with her and at night she would hop between bedrooms, sleeping on the foot of their beds or during the evening laying on top of them while they in turn laid on the settee.
In over compensating Gussie now probably has more treats than food, sleeps at the foot of our bed and generally gets away with murder.
