Waiting for Spin Class

I attended spin class at another studio - the one where i took my yoga philosophy training. I arrived early to an empty room. It was lovely and cool, but not for long...soon the music started and it got way too hot. I love to try new studios and instructors, i pick up great tips and drills. This studio has a resident massive black cat, and he was lounging across the entire top of the reception desk when i arrived and then sauntered through the spin studio once we started. He is a gentle soul.
