An Unexpected Day

I didn't expect to be going to Cambridge. I didn't expect to be looking at electric bikes and watching Igor ride them. I didn't expect to be having lunch at Anglesey Abbey (above), my third visit to a National Trust property this week. I didn't expect to find a lovely Winter cycle jacket reduced to half price. I didn't expect it to be pleasantly warm with the occasional glimpse of the sun.

I expected to be doing housework all day so I was very happy. The cobwebs and dust can be dealt with another day, maybe tomorrow ......... but who knows??
