We took our new team mates up on the mountain today where you can see all over the city. A great place to work out the lie of the land.

We heard today that a family who evacuated are possibly not coming back. We're really close to them. Their daughters are R's only good friends. She's missing them so much. I'm feeling so very sad for her and us all (I'm really close to the mum). It's too risky getting close to people who then leave.
