Curious array of stop valves hidden in the wall of the gents at the Blue Bell pub in Callow End.  

We'd taken A out for lunch and the Blue Bell does a decent range of good pub food - and an especially good veggie range.

This afternoon a family arrived as part of another 70th celebration - three generations of a  family with a direct connection to the house as their great/grand/father owned it in the 60s, immediately after the Boys Home phase.
