Magical Moments

Today had to be a collage because...well, it just had to be.  Three monarchs emerged today, 2 females and one male.  And we each released one in memory of loved ones.  The last gal is flying in memory to two people, but based on how strongly she flew, she's up to the task.

Ellen took ill and wasn't able to join us today, so it was just Kura, Peg and I..and the butterflies.  We sat on the deck while monarchs and painted ladies swirled around the patio.  There were at three other monarchs hanging around the garden, so the three we released will have traveling companions as they begin their long journey to Mexico. That makes me happy.  

Today's photos were taken with a variety of gear from cell phones to Nikon.  It's not about the quality of the image today, but about the moments captures, the memories made.  Loving this time with my besties.
