A good night at the movies

You know it's been great when you find popcorn in your bra afterwards.

We went to see Bladerunner 2049 at The Gate in Notting Hill.

It has the same visual language as the original but not as innovative. A number of cultural references including 'Once upon a time in the west' and 'Ex Machina’. Architectural references included the new cafe at Tate Britain, Paddington Green Police Station and the new Design Museum (old Commonwealth Institute).

I won't spoil the film by telling you anything, only that it's paced for a   film screening rather than TV and the credits take a while. Yo Hungary on this one.
