T5

At T5 to catch a flight to Singapore. But the airline, British Airways, had other ideas....

I got bumped off the flight due to BA overselling it. However, the BA T5 manager was super-efficient in getting me booked onto a Singapore Airlines flight the following morning, getting me in 3 hours ahead of my first meeting....

Less said about the hotel, the better (more details here).
