T came round with some wood for our fire this morning...we haven't had a good chat for a couple of years, so it was good to hear his news. 

A day of very heavy showers, but no wind.  On our way to town today we got a good look at the female hen harrier that we've seen almost daily over the past couple of weeks.  My challenge is to get a decent photo of her.
