Thrift

What a beautiful day. Went off to Westward Ho! this morning, with the intention of putting some steps on my fitbit, as it was a poor day yesterday!
Walked along the coast path to the end of Cornborough Cliff, (just before the turn to Abbotsham)., and back covered 3.75 km so pleased with that.
Imagine my surprise, and pleasure at seeing a thrift still in flower, perfect for BCAM. The extras also show that there are still Autumn delights for the wildlife to enjoy, with berries and nectar. And the abstract is of the coast line round to Saunton, and Baggy Point.
