O Dark Thirty

We began our long drive to Colorado at 6:30am. By the time we got to the bridges that cross the upper tip of Lake Murray, this was the morning sunrise. Not too bad for a drive by with a cell phone.

Unfortunately the further west we went the more the weather worsened. Raining for over 150 miles now. Foggy too and some road construction.  Trying our best to get to St Louis, Missouri by suppertime..or 12 hours riding which ever comes first.  We do swap driving duties every couple of hours so neither of us gets stressed out.  

I have a feeling this is going to be a long day. And no let up in the rain until we make it to Missouri...5 hours from now..depending on the traffic.
