A bit more spritely

L had another tricky night but was not sick, thankfully. She ate a little plain toast for breakfast and was much more perky so we got a little fresh air by popping over to the park to see the horses in the field next door. She enjoyed that a lot and I think we all benefited from getting out of the house for a little while.
