A Donkey of a Day

I loooove donkeys. I'm not good with picking favourite anythings but if donkeys were flowers, I'd probably have a much nicer garden... Snapped these lovely beasts at BC Wildlife Park. No, not exactly native wildlife and not quite sure why they were there. All the wild animals were rescue animals so maybe the donkeys were rescued too.

Busy day today. Went for a hike at Peterson Creek Park here in Kamloops. Visited our first Walmart store (highlight of our trip so far ;-)). Checked out the wildlife park. Then almost threw the GPS out the window on about ten separate occasions of the way back (lucky it's so securely attached, I guess). Somehow survived. Now relaxing with a cider and the prospect of 6-8 hours driving tomorrow. Wish me luck.
