Kayaking Dedham to Flatford

I am in a kayaking today due to my tattoo in case I fell off my board and into the water and tattoo got infected. 
Only been Canadian kayak before I did ok once found rhythm. As you will Choccie with me. 
On way back she came I  grinds SUP Board with them. She loves it
