Essex Cross Country Relays

Today I went along to coach and watch our team in the Essex Cross Country Relay championship.
Best runners in Essex competing against each other.

One of our team didn't show - so I ended up running a leg myself.
I had brought along my kit 'just in case' but even so, didn't expect to run today!
