This is 'billabong' and yes there is eel, sorrel, onion cups with tapioca 'eggs' and a picture of perfection and flavour combinations. A ordered this and was very reluctant to share!

GOMA is Brisbane's Gallery of Modern Art.
A beautiful building perched on the river and hosting something for everyone and much more besides.
Currently setting up for an exhibition of Gerhard Richter's works the tucked away and very elegant 'two hat' restaurant is a delight.
Inspired by the art in surrounding galleries and created with seasonal produce and bush food, each course is art on a plate (extras)
