Is this better?

A contaminated site which has gone under housing. The ground was excavated and then refilled with fresh soil. A monumental piling task then took place!
A small site but I think they have managed to get some 60 units on it....!
I doubt there will be any green space at all and gardens - well there may be a section of turf for each but no more I suspect. It is bordered on both sides by light industrial....oh yes and it has flooded on the road junction several times.
