Eggheads

I may or may not have been duped into letting Poppy have a day off. To be fair, she did have a Dr's appointment to check out a 'lump' which turned out to be a cyst (Don't tell her I told you)  and seemed a bit under the weather.She was really worried about the appointment but we saw our friend Dr Cath who was very lovely with poppy and put her at ease.
We had a nice day together and watched 'Sing' as recommended by Beewriter. Pops wasn't impressed as she's way too mature for animated films but I liked it.
I basically worked as her servant for the rest of the day, fetching and carrying and cooking and clearing. The photo is of her mid-morning snack, eaten after the 2 crumpets she had for breakfast and the tuna sandwich she had for lunch.
Back to school for her tomorrow.
