Helvella infula - Mitre?

I found my first Helvella or Gyromitra infula, also known as the hooded false morel or the elfin saddle today. I was so happy, because I thought this one was a delicious kind of mushroom just like the morel, which it resembles, but was disappointed to find that it is just a one-star mushroom.

I have been picking mushrooms around Tyven almost every day after work, because the weather has been pretty good, and there are so many mushrooms around. Plus it feels so good to have a walk in the forest.
