pinktober 9 joins mono Monday

A trip over the border to Ilkley to meet Breeda. The sun shone and the weather was lovely until on my way home. Our usual restaurant was shut ...its Monday we often meet on a Tuesday! We ended up at Carluccios and we both had the delicious lasagne. We had a lovely walk round the shops going in many of the charity shops and just having a good mooch. The photo is Breeda infront of Betty's autumnal/halloween window. We stopped for tea and cake in the church hall. I'm trying to lose weight and not eat cake or biscuits so had a bowl of trifle!!! 
The theme for mono Monday is still life, notice the dummy in the background !!! The only pink Breeda had on were bits on her scarf and her lippie! We had a lovely catchup, loads of chat and laughter.
