Unlucky locust

Dusted with calcium powder this locust has not much longer to live.  The bearded dragon has spotted him and he will soon become a nutritious snack.  Gruesome eh?

On a slow blip day - the dragon makes a good subject.  A more in focus picture is the extra.  Although Sam loves him Spyro to me an unexciting, but expensive pet, consuming £10+ worth of live food per week and doing nothing much else than sit there (sorry Gary).  Worst of all he's not at all fluffy and could live for 10 years.

Mum was admitted to hospital last night and they were due to be scanning and testing her today.  It seems likely that epileptic seizures have now been added to the list of her Alzheimers complications.  Have yet to have it confirmed but both my Dad and sister Sarah were with her today.  Will speak to them later.
