It's not all just biking about!

Had my second session with my RoSPA instructor today, glad to say he saw a definite improvement in some of my driving techniques and was very pleased. Still some polishing up to do and a lot more subjects to cover on the riding side.
However, there is some studying to do too. Highway Code, Road Signs and Roadcraft (Police Riders Handbook which is full of great information and advice).
The ride this morning was after another early morning to do the breakfast show with Mark Cummings again. Managed to get a mention in for Hendrix's 7 day anniversary :-)
