Best viewed large!

Was woken at quarter to six this morning by a large clap of thunder overhead, we don't tend to get a great deal of thunder storms in Skye so people get very excited when one occurs (the only reason I know the thunder occured at quarter to six was because many of my daughters friends were posting comments on facebook!).

The alarm went off at 7am and I could hear the heavy rain which did n't bode well for the day ahead! Took son down to work in Braes and passed this old byre on the way, despite the rain (or maybe because of it) the grass was looking lovely and green and made a nice contrast to the stonework of the building.
