We have been building our house bit-by-bit since 2005 and this is the unfinished kitchen begun in 2008. This Winter the plan is to camp in the sitting room while we fit out the bedroom, which still has a plastic sheet over a bare concrete floor and clothes stored in the cardboard boxes we shipped them over in.
This then is probably the most complete part of the house, the pantry, containing, mostly from from left to right but some of it is a bit jumbled up;
27 jars of sweet red pepper gloop
6 jars of chilli with garlic
6 jars of chilli without garlic
7 jars of green tomato chutney
7 jars of courgette chutney
5 jars of courgette relish
3 boxes of assorted fruit leathers
30 jars of briam
27 jars of tomato gloop
2 jars of pickled aubergines

This has sort-of accumulated because the hens have been chucking eggs at us at a ridiculous rate of knots and we have been living on frittatas. There is still an embarrassing amount of stuff in the freezer and we have just filled the shelves in the shed with butternut squashes.
