October Strawberry

A delighted S picked her big, red strawberry today. I had spotted it out of the window this morning and rushed out to cover it with a big glass.

The last time we had a lovely red strawberry ready, by the time S had got home from nursery to pick it, it had gone! No doubt some hungry bird had also spied it. Not this time though.
