Nothing has changed?

 The quotation that I have photographed was taken from the book 'The Spanish Temper' that V.S.Pitchett wrote after living four years in Spain in the 20s. .

When you look at present events and problems concerning politics in Spain, it seems things have not changed  very much in this last century.

I found it in SPAIN, another interesting book written by Hugh Thomas and published by LIFE magazine in the 60s. (You can see the cover in the extra photo)
