Fire Distinguisher

Not an original idea but a pictorial version of what I have only ever seen as a cartoon drawing. 

Diana's birthday in two days time and my romantic gesture is work in progress. No clues before the day and depending on how well (or otherwise) it goes down, I may never mention it again. Some ideas are best left as just that, only time will tell if this is another of those.
