Clean & fluffy

Just look how clean and fluffy I am. Ann went to work today and before she went I had my morning walk. As I was being 'snail like' I just got a drag around the streets for 35 mins.



When Ann came back from work she said, Molly, we'll go up Craiglockhart Hill and around Craiglockhart Pond and you can have a good run about. Best laid plans and all that. It started to rain and Ann was tired so my walk got cut short and we went to Morningside Park instead. There's not much in Morningside Park for a gorgeous little collie. Just a boring field of grass, no mud, no water, nothing.



…................And that's why I'm looking so clean & fluffy??!!



And we need to record the following for our own information. Sorry, need to rant again..........................



Ann has just spent 53 mins on the phone to Scottish Power because they are charging us more than £221 per month for electricity (we don't have any gas). That is a ridiculous amount of money. Especially as we don't live in a mansion. It turns out that Ann has been putting the wrong readings in the wrong boxes. …...........Well she's only been doing what the 'Scottish Power' man (who came out to see her months ago) told her to do. And the 'Scottish Power' man only came out because Ann kicked up  a fuss at being charged £89+ per month when the flat was being refurbished and she wasn't actually living here.



So are they going to reduce her direct debit of £221+? They are not! She now has to take meter readings every day for a week at the same time, and then email the readings through to them and they will then 'investigate' it. And IF they think there is a problem they MAY send someone out to have a look. Apparently we could have a 'faulty' meter.



Why is there no personal service for anything these days????



…...........And apparently I'm now going to get an 'extra walk' to Sainsbury's because Ann needs wine?!! She thought about doing the 'Go Sober in October' campaign but has too many 'social events' in October to give up alcohol completely. So as a compromise she thought she wouldn't keep any wine in the flat so that she wouldn't be tempted to drink alone.



…..........After spending 53 mins on the phone to Scottish Power........................ Ann needs wine!!!.................. BUT she won't be drinking alone, because I'll be with her??!! …..............And also she has a load of homework to do for her web design class tomorrow night which the tutor has just emailed through.
