Pampering

Busy day today as ever, I also had an appointment with shoulder specialist and I need an operation, hopefully won’t be until new year as not urgent and I will not be able to drive for a few weeks.

After work I had my nails done, lovely colour for autumn and I had a massage to try and remove big knots in my shoulders and neck, she is really good at managing to keep away from sore part of shoulder. I feel much less tight and tense now.

Will try and catch up on blip journals now and sorry for being a a bit awol of late.
